apple cinnamon crepe

masyadong maalat yung ginawa ko... hmp... muntik ko nang kalimutang may digicam pala kami dito. haha!

ingredients:
* 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
* 1 egg
* 1/4 cup milk
* 1/4 cup water
* 1/8 teaspoon salt
* 1 tablespoon butter, melted
* 1 teaspoon sugar (for batter)
* 1 teaspoon sugar (for filling)
* 1 apple
* cream/ice cream

methodology

to make filling, fry under low heat: sugar, cinnamon, and thin slices of apples. ready when apples are tender or until desired texture is obtained.

to make crepes, mix egg, milk, water, butter in a bowl. when thoroughly mixed, add dry ingredients: flour, sugar, salt. (for savory crepes do not add sugar.)

pour 1/4 cup batter into heat lightly oiled pan. twirl around to distribute batter evenly. cook for about 2 minutes for each side or until desired color is achieved (pwede kasi gusto mo ng black crepes edi go antayin mong masunog)

tinatamad nako magtype. gets niyo naman kung paano nabuo ang crepe after this point :p

next time kokontian ko lang yung salt kasi ang alat talaga nung pangalawa kong ginawa. ung una kasi nakalimutan kong lagyan ng butter at salt. mas masarap hahaha!
