it's suppoed to work this way: one minute you're happy, the next you're sad. in order to have happy moments, there should be totally nerve-wrecking incidents in your life.
i've been really stressed out lately... really... so i'm not sure if what's coming will be more... uhmm... pleasing. if it has to be destructive, i really am looking forward to the next days. i would have to be the happiest person in my friends list to compensate for the stresses that i've been enduring... but then, self inflicted pain naman ang mga ito so i don't think it would count as points for me.

finished with my finals... my sem is "officially" over... but who am i kidding here... damn... there's still my thesis that i haven't even started. there's my work at msi where i'm a student assistant. damn responsibilities... if i could only have at least one whole week of rest. total rest. no worries. no deadlines. no responsibilities. just me, my bed, and the television. i'm solved.
oh well... you can't have everything that you ask for... but then again, never ask for something that you might get. so wag na lang pala. i'd rather be busy and suicidal than totally bored and agitated.

3 units na ang napapasa ko... yey... --_--' the rest are still uncertain. gawd... worst sem ever... seriously... bahala na sa results... pakshet... pakshet...the prospect of having just 3 units passed out of 16... only a few people are lucky enough to experience the fear that i feel and at the same time feel numb about it. sure, i'm swearing like i've never sworn before but if i really did fail all 13 units of this sem, it wouldn't be the end of the world. i'd get mad at myself for not putting enough effort but life goes on.
i should have shifted out when i was starting to have second thoughts... haha! wala nang magagawa... matatapos na eh. kung pagod na at di na kayang maglakad, gapangin na lang... tsk... pathetic ko talaga minsan... wahahahahahahaha!!!!

apple cinnamon crepe

ingredients:
* 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
* 1 egg
* 1/4 cup milk
* 1/4 cup water
* 1/8 teaspoon salt
* 1 tablespoon butter, melted
* 1 teaspoon sugar (for batter)
* 1 teaspoon sugar (for filling)
* 1 apple
* cream/ice cream
methodology
to make filling, fry under low heat: sugar, cinnamon, and thin slices of apples. ready when apples are tender or until desired texture is obtained.
to make crepes, mix egg, milk, water, butter in a bowl. when thoroughly mixed, add dry ingredients: flour, sugar, salt. (for savory crepes do not add sugar.)
pour 1/4 cup batter into heat lightly oiled pan. twirl around to distribute batter evenly. cook for about 2 minutes for each side or until desired color is achieved (pwede kasi gusto mo ng black crepes edi go antayin mong masunog)
tinatamad nako magtype. gets niyo naman kung paano nabuo ang crepe after this point :p
next time kokontian ko lang yung salt kasi ang alat talaga nung pangalawa kong ginawa. ung una kasi nakalimutan kong lagyan ng butter at salt. mas masarap hahaha!

ulan at jogging
sabi ng kapatid ko mukhang nagccloud seeding sila. scheduled daw kasi ang ulan. laging 2:30 ng hapon... ako naman napansin ko na tuwing mga 10pm ng gabi lumalamig na ang hangin tapos mayamaya umuulan na...
buti na lang hindi umulan kaninang hapon. ang sarap ng feeling ng runner's high. kakaibang high rin kasi yung kanina. something i've almost forgotten. happiness na bihira lang dumapo sa akin... exactly what i needed lalu na't pakiramdam ko suicide ang gagawin ko in the next two weeks... tuloy tuloy na exam... may thesis draft pa akong pinoproblema. hay...
thank God for running shoes... i will miss the taste of hamburgers after 2 hours of jogging. never tasted better.. sana maulit...
ayan umuulan na... nagpapadala nanaman ang Diyos ng biyaya... baka wala nang mapunta sa akin... sobra sobra na sa quota ang nakuha ko eh... masaya nanaman ako... should i be worried? hehehe ^_^
