if you haven't noticed, i'm a huge fan of music. life is just way too complex for me, which is why i need something that i can understand, ie. music, to explain to me what's happening. hahaha! i find it easier to have fun, feel sad, feel angry if i have music as an accompaniment to my life.

it's my usual midnight snack. it all started after our panlilimos at baywalk when we went to mall of asia to eat anything. i ate waffles and french toast. tasted nice. addictive. sweet. hehe... it's one of my anti-stress comfort food. next time na yung iba ko pang comfort food. seriously, nakakatanggal nga ng stress ang pagluluto. hehehe

ingredients:
loaf bread
egg
milk + condensed milk (optional)
brown sugar/honey

procedure:
milk + egg --> beat --> dip bread --> fry

^_^

for the syrup, 1 part sugar + 1 part water. simmer.
to make life easier, scrap the syrup part and buy a ready made one. or use honey instead hehehe...

too bad i don't have pictures. hehe.. i want to share the happiness with the world! :D

dentist

nagpunta kami kanina ni nanay sa dentist to finish my sangkatutak na pasta dahil tapos na nga ang braces ko. ayun, di na lang tinapos lahat. sa ibang dentist na namin tatapusin yung iba. kung anong nagawa ngayon, yun lang babayaran ni nanay. overpriced kasi. magaling sila at maganda naman yung quality of work pero too much talaga yung pinapabayad nila for something that shouldn't have been there kung hindi ako nagpabraces in the first place.
